HR is the blood of any organisation and this day is dedicated to all the HR professionals and managers who’ve succeeded to establish the fact that humans are the real assets of any organisation.
The final years started off with the introduction to MTroops club and a brief about International HR Day. They presented on interviews, providing tips to ace any interview and the preparation that goes into it.
There was a quiz on key terms in HR and its process. There was a presentation on Resumes, highlighting their importance and providing tips for a good resume.
There was also a game called “How to handle a situation as an HR Manager” in an organisation where, different situations were given to the students and they were asked how to deal with them. There were two alumni who joined the session, currently working in HRM of different companies who shared their experience of working in an organisation, the problems they tackle and also shared their nostalgic moments they had in the college with the students.
The session was motivating, informative and fun.
