Objectives:

• To encourage students to start thinking to begin a start-up.

• To create awareness on pros and cons on being an entrepreneur.

Brief Report:

 Manager from VLCC Ltd. Ms. Sujaltha Muthaya along with her team of young entrepreneurs graced was invited to be the resource person. Madam enlightened the participants on creating individuality. It is one of the foremost aspects of being a Human.

Ms. Sujaltha, also shared that there are no roses in journey to establish your identity. Hence, one should face the challenges coming in one’s path to become a successful entrepreneur.

Ms. Sujaltha Muthaya, accompanied by a Team of Entrepreneurs. Team consists of VLCC Ltd. Students after completing the course started on their own.

A team of six young Entrepreneurs also shared their stories of experiences on becoming successful in the field that they have chosen like Nutrition, Beauty, Massage and etc.

Outcome: Try try till you succeed.

• Students were inspired by learning the experiences and hurdles that the young entrepreneurs.

• Students do now understand that irrespective of the situations, one should be focused.

• The program ended with a formal vote of thanks.
